At the stage when you enter your credit card details, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page hosted by Sage Pay & Paypal. We do not collect any card details from you directly. This also applies to any card detail given to us when making a telephone purchase. Our company 'The Tandoor Clay Oven Limited' (UK) and Puri Tandoors Ltd (USA & Canada) takes full responsibilty for transactions processed on our web site.

Pricing for UK & EU

  1. Prices shown include UK VAT & delivery. VAT is charged to all EU states excluding Channel Islands, Switzerland and Iceland. All other non EU countries are exempt from UK VAT.
  2. We will not be held responsible for any pricing error caused by technical failure.
  3. We have the right withhold the sale of any goods that may have been under priced due to, human error or technical failure.

Delivery of your goods

The delivery of goods require customer signature, if there is If there is no one to sign for the goods our courier company will re scheduled the delivery for following day.

Delivery Insurance for UK & EU

Your parcel(s) are insured for any loss or damage whilst in transit. Please inform us of any damages or any missing parcels on the day of delivery by 7PM UK time so that we can lodge a claim with the delivery insurance company. Failing to do so will invalidate your delivery insurance.

Delivery Insurance for USA & Canada

Your parcel(s) are insured for any loss or damage whilst in transit. Please inform us of any damages or any missing parcels within 48 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can lodge a claim with the delivery insurance company. Failing to do so will invalidate your delivery insurance.

Please be advised that hairline / minor cracks and fissures are normal for any clay oven and should not be considered as a damaged clay oven.
